The Rotaryclub of Tirunelveli West in association with Aravind Eye Hospitals, Tirunelveli, organised an eye camp at Kalingapatti on 02-Aug-2015.
Around 1500 patients from far and nearattended the camp and among them 320 patients were taken to Aravind EyeHospital for surgery on the same day.
It is worthy to note that this is the 19thconsecutive eye camp organised by RC of Tirunelveli West.
Earlier our District Governor J.Navamani inaugurated the eyecamp and Rtn.K.R.Karpoor, President - RC of Tirunelveli West, Rtn.Muthiah Pillai, Assistant Governor – ZoneVI and Rtn.M.Ramesh – District General Secretary were among those whoparticipated.
